PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2024
By Cassim Wafula Wamae, of P.O. Box 136, Shiaida in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wamae Sifuna alias Joseph Wamae Sifuna, who died on 21st August, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Shiundu Kweyu and (2) Antony Amukoya Kweyu, through Messrs. Otieno & Aching, advocates of Mumias, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kweyu Kumaruti Mumias alias Kweyu Kumaruti, who died at Lureko Location, on 18th April, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
