TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025
By (1) John Musembi Muange and (2) Tavitha Kasiva Muia, both of P.O. Box 759- 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Syokau Muange, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025
By (1) Perpetua Bonareri Nyakundi and (2) Elizabeth Nyabongi Simeon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mumee Mang’ang’ i alias Philip Mumee Mwangangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th January, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025
By Boniface Nyamai Matolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Matolo Kaumba, who died at Mbilini Sub- location, on 15th April, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
