By Martin Mutiso Muthoka, of P.O. Box 1206- 90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koki Muthoka, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2000.

Box 759, Tala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndambuki Mwalula alias Francis Ndambuki Mwalula, who died at Brooks of Cherith Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
