TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2025
By (1) Michael Mutinda Mutua, (2) Amos Mutua Maithya and (3) Joseph Nzoka Mutua, all of P.O. Box 28421- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Masuo Kavinya alias Mutua Kavivya, who died at Kithyoko, on 27th July, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2025
By (1) Mawia Kaambi alias Monica Mawia Mb iwa and (2) Boniface Iviwilu Kaambi, both of P.O. Box 96, Kindaruma in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Darius Kitaka Kaambi, who died Ilani, on 26th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E269 OF 2025
By (1) Moses Kithuka Munyao, (2) Kyeli Munyao and (3) Ngunji Mutua Munyao, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Munyao Kyeli, who died at Masinga, on 21st September, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2025
By Agnes Wavya Kimani, of P.O. Box 1, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kimani Wanjohi alias Stephen K. Wanjohi, who died at Ndalani, on 14th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
