TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2025
By (1) Kavata Kyengo and (2) Muendo Kakomo, both of P.O. Box 80- 01031, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalondo Kakomo, who died at Kivaa, on 2nd January, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2025
By (1) Dorcas Kathule Masika and (2) Stephen Kaloki Mwangangi, both of P.O. Box 80- 01031, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mwangangi Muthuku alias Daniel Mwangangi Muthuku, who died at Kivaa, on 13th March, 2023.

By Agnes Kambwele Munywoki, of P.O. Box 80- 01031, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Munywoki Kitavi, who died at Kivaa, on 3rd April, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Joseph Munyao Nyamai, of P.O. Box 11, Musingini in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamai Kiyenyeke, who died at Masinga, on 25th August, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
