TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2025
By Leunida Agwe Olouch, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olouch Olala alias Olouch s/o Olala, who died on 24th August, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025
By Samwel Odhiambo Odheru, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Origi Odhiro, who died on 20th January, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By Benard Okoth Were, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odoyo Midembi alias William Odoyo, who died on 8th October, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Eunice Atieno, (2) Margaret Anyango Otieno and (3) Maureen Achieng Odundo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anastasia Jalaongo Joseph, who died at Kombe Mbita Township, on 28th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By Cosmas Olouch Omolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omolo s/o Sagi alias Agustino Omolo Sagi, who died on 28th June, 1982.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
