TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Gregory Odongo Nyakiamo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Otieno Obogno, who died on 16th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By Rachilo Felgona Aoko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Otieno Rachilo alias Joseph Rachilo Oliewo alias Joseph Patrick Rachilo, who died on 15th April, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By (1) Margaret Muga Okech and (2) Okech Micheal Adoyo, the deceased’s widow and son respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Okech Adoyo, who died on 8th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By (1) Maurice Otieno Akoko and (2) Ochieng Washington Akoko, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abel Akoko Adoyo, who died on 10th April, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Brian Nyambalo Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Anyango Achola, who died on 28th May, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
