TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2026
By (1) Annastancia Natbo Koira and (2) Robert Thomas Koira, the executrix and executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Viona Ochola & Associates, advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Geofrey Koira Geharshira alias Geofrey Koira Kasharisha, late of Kajiado, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2026
By (1) Abinel Kiragu Kabutha and (2) William Mukuna Kabutha, both of P.O. Box 75608-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kigano & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charity Njoki Kabutha, late of Gakira, who died at Thingidua, on 26th May, 2025.

By (1) Harsha Rajesh Keshavlal Virpar Shah alias Harsha Rajesh Shah, of P.O. Box 2265-00606, Nairobi in Kenya, (2) Purvesh Bimalkumar Shah and (3) Mishaal Durgesh Shah, all of P.O. Box 40732-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs Pritesh H. Shah & Co., advocates, for a grant of probate of written will of the estate of Kanchan Ramniklal Khetshi Shah alias Shah Kanchan Ramniklal Khetshi alias Kanchan Ramniklal Shah alias Kanchan Ramniklal Khetshi, late of Nairobi, who died at Nyari Estate, on 27th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
