TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E873 OF 2024
By Philip Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 71506–00610, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, through Messrs. Wachira Gachoka & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndirangu Karanja, late of Kibichiku, who died there on 6th March, 2024.

By Jeremy Edward Hannington Awori, of P.O. Box 16–00606, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Raffman Dhanji Elms & Virdee, advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Pamela Mary Awori, late of Nairobi, who died at Kitisuru, Nairobi, on 21st December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2026
By (1) Nileshkumar Bhailalbhai Patel alias Nilesh Bhailalbhai Patel and (2) Miten Bhailalbhai Patel alias Miten Patel, both of P.O. Box 2896–00621, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Raffman Dhanji Elms & Virdee, advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Diana Claire Jacobson Patel alias Diana Claire Jacobson, late of Nyari Estate, who died there on 2nd December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
