TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Kirti Ashok Bhagwandas Bhatia alias Bhatia Kirti Ashok Bhagwandas, of P.O. Box 42851–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of petition of written will of Ashok Bhagwandas Dayal alias Ashok Bhagwandas Dayal Bhatia, who died at Royal Beach Apartments, on 4th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
