CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2026
By Simon Nduhiu Kibira, of P.O. Box 4143- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Kibira Murege, who died on 3rd July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2026
By (1) James Gakonyo Kahindi and (2) Paul Mwangi Kahindi, both of P.O. Box 16438- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wanjiru Kahindi, who died at Mhango Sub-location, on 13th February, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Ndungu Kamau and (2) John Njenga Kamau, both of P.O. Box 249, Kabazi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kamau Mungai alias Kamau Mungai, who died on 10th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
