CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Wamboi Thuo and (2) Hatun Thuo, both of P.O. Box 13224- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thuo Kirube, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 6th June, 2000.

By Jackson Wachira Waihenya, of P.O. Box 18751- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Watetu Ngima, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, 13th November, 1995.

By Orsola Wangechi Wambugu, of P.O. Box 81- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Wambugu Theuri, who died at Barut Division, on 31st May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
