TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By Benson Itugi Kibughi, of P.O. Box 251-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Njeri Kibugi alias Hanah Njeri Kibugi, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By Stephen Kimani Kiariki, of P.O. Box 90, Maai Mahiu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiku Kimani, who died at Gituamba Location, on 16th December, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
