TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025
By (1) Samuel Mutua Mwiawa and (2) Dorcas Munyiva Mutua, the deceased’s father and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carolyne Mutheu Mutua, who died at Mbee, on 24th September, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025
By Nitapapa Tuta Sencha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tuta Partagian, who died at Ornnie, on 23rd October, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2025
By John Kibe Kimari, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Wambui Kibe, who died at Namanga, on 13th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Siyeyo ene Isack ole Kores, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaak ole Kores Malabu alias Isaack ole Kores Malabu, who died at Kajiado Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
