By Faith Wanjiku Wairigu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwitura Ngunjiri, who died at Sholinke Location, on 27th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025
By (1) Lepaso Tarayia and (2) Nina ene Simirei Leirro, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lititi ene Nkaloi, who died at Olmoleliani, on 20th July, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Ritei Notikah and (2) Elizabeth Mwihaki Linte, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nabaru ene Notika Mutamperria alias Nabaru ene Nyokia Mutamperria, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2015.

By (1) John Mburu Thuo and (2) Nancy Njeri Ndungu, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wambui Thuo, who died at Kimana Sub-location, on 16th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
