TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By Russy Jepng’etchi Tena, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Kiptum Maiyo, who died at Living Room Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By John Wafula Maruti, of P.O. Box 210-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maruti Machukhu, who died on 1st September, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Mukunda Simiyu, of P.O. Box 266-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Simiyu Wekesa, who died on 21st October, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
