TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By (1) Mathew Kipkemoi Kimoky and (2) Gilbert Kibet Kimoky, both of P.O. Box 167-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoki arap Ngurututu alias Kimoki A. Ngulututu, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 17th January, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By Mathew Elijah Kipkorir Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 121-30403, Marigat in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot Chemursoi alias Cheruiyot Chemursoi, who died at Radad, on 10th March, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Kogoyo Kibiwot, of P.O. Box 16-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibiwot Cherutich alias Kibiwot Cherutich, who died at Ngubereti, on 20th July, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
