TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2025
By Chemandan Apatagh, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngorian Domokira, who died on 30th August, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Dickson Madara Kawah, of P.O. Box 11-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Kawa Sangura, who died on 2nd December, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Mary Chemtai Cheboi, of P.O. Box 66-30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Cherop Juma, who died on 19th October, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
