TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Anna Chebii Langat, of P.O. Box 60, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Mutai alias Kiptanui Mutai, who died on 20th October, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By Julius Kipngeno Tonui, of P.O. Box 989, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jostina Chepngetich Cheruiyot, who died on 9th September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
