TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Laban Mwangi Ngugi and (2) Peter Chege, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Muthoni Ngugi, who died on 30th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Julius Gitonga Muiruri and (2) Joyce Nieri Muiruri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Muiruri Kamau alias Amos M. Kamau alias Amos Muiruri Kamau, who died at The Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By Simon Mwangi Ndutai, of P.O. Box 59-10203, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndutai Mwangi, who died at Kiharrio Sub-location, on 28th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
