IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT RUMURUTI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By (1) Rahab Wangui Mureithi and (2) James Karuri Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 20-20231, Rumuruti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Watare Muriithi alias Catherine Watare Muriithi, who died on 29th March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
