TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Jason Ndaiga Munene, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Munene Kimunu alias John Munene Kimonu, who died at Nyakianga, on 30th June, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By (1) Elizabeth Nyaguthi Maima and (2) Priscilla Wanijka King’ori, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kariuki Karua, who died at Wangwachi Location, on 29th November, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By Charles Fredrick Mugo Kibachio, of P.O. Box 20-20231, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Ndenda Kimamo, who died at Muhotetu, on 29th September, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
