TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025
By Leonard Musembi Mukasa, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalondu Musembi, who died at Kawelu, on 3rd September, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Koli Nyamai, of P.O. Box 1-90201, Mutomo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bintu Nyamai Katia, who died on 15th September, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By Kivoo Mutaki Nzuko, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithuka Mutaki, who died at Mutomo, on 7th June, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By (1) Pius Mulatya Mwanzia and (2) William Mali Mwanzia, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduku Mwanzia alias Beatres Nduku Mwanzia, who died at Mutomo, on 18th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
