CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024
By Ann Njeri Njeru, of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Mbutu Njagi, who died at St. Orsola Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024
By (1) Mathumbi Muchomba and (2) James Mutugi Muchomba, both of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchomba M’Kajiu, who died at Mitunguu Medical Services, on 5th March, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Lucy Gtiira Kimenchu, of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Germano Kimencu, who died at Meru, on 22nd September, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By Kathandika Iguna, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gaciri Iguna M’Ituriandu, who died at Tunyai Sub-location, on 19th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
