TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Nokqi Lichia, of P.O. Box 614-60602, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Bathia Lichira, who died at Lairangi, on 22nd March, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By Stephen Mwenda, of P.O. Box 240-60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Barabi M’Igweta, who died at Kibiru, on 21st June, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026
By Peter Kamenchu, of P.O. Box 67-60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Raichena Bariu, who died at Kandebene, on 4th August, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
