By Alice Wanjiru Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njoroge Gitaka alias Gitaka Njoroge alias Michael Gitaka, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Agnes Wanjiru Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njoroge Njau, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 10th January, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By (1) Jackline Wacera Kamau and (2) William Rurung’a Kihara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezra Kabuga Kihara, who died at Witeithie, on 22nd September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By (1) Joyce Wangui Njoroge and (2) Kenneth Nuthu Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njoroge Mukami, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
