By Mary Waithira Waimba, of P.O. Box 168, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waimba Njuguna, who died at Watuha Sub-location, on 23rd July, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Robinson Njau Kanyuira, of P.O. Box 168, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Kanyuira Kamau alias Kamau Jackson Kanyuira, who died at A.I.C. Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By Nancy Nyambura Gichimu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gichimu Karuiwu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Thuita Macharia and (2) Nicholas Kamau Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Macharia alias Macharia Gakuo, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 5th September, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
