TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Nancy Mwikali Ndonye, of P.O. Box 16100-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Musau, who died at Katine, on 23rd September, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Mulwa Kilonzo, (2) Michael Wambua Kilonzo, (3) James Ngui Kilonzo and (4) Nzioka Kilonzo Mulwa, all of P.O. Box 1926-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kilonzo Mulwa alias Kilonzo Mulwa, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
