By Margaret Kinyandi Megenyi, of P.O. Box 41325-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Masila Munuve, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2025
By Eculate Kadzo Mungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justin Mzungu Mwangi, who died at Ribe, on 10th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By Peris Mlamba Wangio, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Mlamba Robert, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2026
By Beth Musa Mutisya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Mutisya Kimuyu, who died on 26th June, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
