By Thomas Kilonzo Binder, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beti Muikali Kamandi, who died at Mombasa, on 1st January, 2021.

By Ummeksulum Mohamedali Kassamali, of P.O. Box 89374-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gulamhussein Fakruddin Gulamhussein alias Gulamhussein F. Gulamhussein, who died at Saifee Foundation Medical Centre, on 10th September, 2025.

By Sanjit Singh Kuldip Suri, of P.O. Box 82091-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of Husein Mohamed Ladhia alias Hussein Mohamed Ladhia, who died at Kibokoni, Mombasa, on 11th September, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
