TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By Margaret Muthoni Kopon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Kariuki Taruru alias Sammy K. Taruru, who died on 2nd December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2026
By Lucia Wangithi Muriuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangui Mwenje, who died at Mkunguni, on 16th October, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
