By (1) Peter Mwangai Kamau and (2) Evan Mwangai Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kamau Kiriundu alias Samson Kamau Kariundu alias Kamau Kiriundu alias Samson Kamau K., who died on 11th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By (1) Solomon Mwangai Wangare and (2) Josphat Maina Wangare, both of P.O. Box 214-10201, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangare Mwangai alias Jane Wangari Mwangí, who died at Kahawa West, on 30th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2026
By (1) Charles Irungu Mwangai and (2) Beatrice Wahura Mwangai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Mwangai, who died at K.M.H., on 9th June, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
