CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2026
By Jackson Kamoo Karuri, of P.O. Box 214-10201, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karuri Kamoo, who died at Murarandia Location in 1965.
CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2026
By Henry G. Kariuki, of P.O. Box 214-10200, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Thigiru, who died at Gathaithi Location, on 28th November, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2026
By John Murigi Wanyoike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyoike Muraga who died at Gakuyu Sublocation, on 28th October, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
