PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Wambui Gicharu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Njoki Gicharu, who died at Karanjee, on 29th March, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Wachuka Ngigi and (2) Joseph Njenga Ngigi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ngigi Kimani alias James Nigge Kimani, who died at Ngenia, Mai-Mahiu Road, on 16th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
