TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Naomi Wanjiku Thandi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Thandi Kimari alias Peter Thandi wa Evanson Kimari, who died on 5th March, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Thuo Mbugua and (2) Margaret Wanjiru Mbuguai, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wangui Mbugua, who died at P.C.E.A. Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
