IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MOLO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Reginah Wambui and (2) Mithamo Wang’ombe Muigai Ngunutte, both of P.O. Box 169- 20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Wachuka Muigai alias Monica Wachuka Muigai, who died at Molo Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
