TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By John Kariuki Mwangi, of P.O. Box 115, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wanja Kamau, who died at Njiru, on 2nd October, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Leonard Bor, of P.O. Box 261, Lessos in Kenya, through Messrs. Korir Ng’eno, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibor arap Maiyo alias Kibor A. Maiyo, who died at Kachibora Sub-location, on 2nd September, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
