TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E533 OF 2025
By Denies Kerauma Okiomeri, of P.O. Box 35-40200, Kisiini Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Momanyi Omkuri, who died at Metembe Sub-location, on 23rd November, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E534 OF 2025
By Teresa Angwenyi, of P.O. Box 858, Kisiini Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Moriasi, who died at Kisiini Township Sub-location, on 4th March, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
