By Christine Maragwa Gisaina, of P.O. Box 2- 40204, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosa Kemunto Keriga, who died at Tendere Location, on 30th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By William Tengeya Omini, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Omini Ontarige, who died on 26th November, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Zachariah Ondara Okeari, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyeyna in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okenyuri Okiari, who died at Ritembu Sub- location, on 2nd August, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2026
By Kennedy Koinia Mose, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyeyna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robinson Mose Oenga alias Mose Oenga, who died at Igorera Sub- location, on 21st January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
