TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Evans Orwaru Onchangu, of P.O. Box 786- 40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Moraa Onchangu, who died at Kisii Level V Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Gladys Kerubo Omwenga, of P.O. Box 1, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibari Kepha Nyang’wara, who died on 16th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
