TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2025
By (1) Evans Areyo Guya and (2) Jane Ayoo Obop, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Guya Adipo alias Guya Adipo, who died at Korando ‘B’, on 17th August, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By Caren Achieng Ogwang, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacton Oduge Raika alias Jack Raiko, who died at Nyalunya, Kisumu, on 30th May, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
