CAUSE NO. E412 OF 2024
By Ruth Akinyi Oketch, of P.O. Box 101719- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. S. Ndwiga & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Onyango Oulu, late of Nijiru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2023.

By (1) Minesh Shantilal Devchabd Shah alias Minesh Shantilal Devchand Shah alias Minesh, (2) Binit Shantilal Shah alias Binit and (3) Keval Shantilal Shah alias Keval, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Shah & Shah, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration with will annexed of Champa Shantilal Devchand Shah alias Shah Champa Shantilal Devchand alias Champa S. Shah alias Champa Ben, late of Nairobi, who died along Wambugu Road, on 24th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
