CAUSE NO. E611 OF 2025
By (1) Harambee John Gikingo and (2) Emily Wanjeri Gikingo, both of P.O. Box 11121- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Gakunju & Co., advocates of Kiambu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Nyambura Gikingo, late of Subukia, Nakuru, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 2025.

By Patrick Ndibe Maina, of P.O. Box 52981- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, through Messrs. Rachier & Amollo, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wangui Njenga, late of Madaraka, Nairobi, who died at Mandrin Hospice House, Maryland, U.S.A., on 15th November, 2020.

By (1) Moses Mbugua Ngaru, (2) Samuel Waweru Ngaru, (3) Rose Ngina Ngaru and (4) Teresia Nyokabi Ngaru, all of P.O. Box 28491- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, through Messrs. Nyiha, Mukoma & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ngaru Waweru, late of Riruta, who died at Gitiba, on 27th February, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
