TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E600 OF 2023
By Hellen Mainga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Opibu Budiala, who died at Sikarira, on 7th September, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2026
By Sylvia Odongo Zakaria, of P.O. Box 210-50404, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliya Ostieno Khasenye alias Erias Khasenye, who died on 9th January, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
