TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2026
By (1) Feddi Onyango and (2) Eddy Ouma Onyango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Nyabongo Onyango, who died on 18th January, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2026
By (1) Mercy Akinyi Okoth and (2) Evaline Nandwa Chesa, of P.O. Box 76-50404, Bumala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacchaeus Okoth Onyango, who died at Siaya County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
