TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Simon Kimani Njuguna, of P.O. Box 250-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Njuguna Kimani, who died at Karuri, on 30th July, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2026
By (1) Felistus Nthenya Mutua and (2) Ramson Mutua Kioko, both of P.O. Box 30089-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Kioko Kitavi, who died at Thome Estate, Roysambu, on 31st July, 2025.
By (1) Caroline Njeri Matheri and (2) Tiras Muthui Wambui, both of P.O. Box 500, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Wambui Njeri, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
