PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025
By (1) Daniel Mungai Nganga and (2) Kenneth Mburu Nganga, both of P.O. Box 27922-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Macharia Nyamu, who died at Lari Scheme, on 21st February, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2026
By (1) Martin Mwaura Gichure, (2) Michael Muturi Gichure and (3) Christine Gichure, all of P.O. Box 1303-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Gichure Virginia, who died at AIC Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 25th October, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
