CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2024
By Misheck Gichuki, of P.O. Box 22, Timau in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Mumbi, who died at District Hospital, Nanyuki in Kenya, on 11th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Jemimah Njoki Gathua, of P.O. Box 276-10105, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gathua Kwinga, who died at Nanyuki County Referral and Teaching Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Njuguna Wahome and (2) Lucy Kagure Wahome, both of P.O. Box 17, Timau in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wahome Gathaiia alias Gathaiya, who died at Nanyuki Referral and Teaching Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd February, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
