TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Ann Kanyua, of P.O. Box 11-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eustace Muchunku, who died at Nutrukuma, on 18th July, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Grace Wambui Macharia, of P.O. Box 15-10207, Kihoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Macharia Mitheko, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
