PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2025
By (1) Denis Asingo Owino and (2) Monica Juma Ochieng, c/o P.O. Box 417- 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asingo Odunga, who died on 10th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
